(Hopefully) The Final Jekyll Release

Summary

This will (hopefully) be the final release of this site to production using the Jekyll stack. The proposal for #152 will soon take over the develop branch and the future is all Next.js.

Any changes to the Jekyll site from this point onward will be a hotfix off of master.
