Added bool ShiftMenuElements option that vertically shifts the left menu elements up to make room for a new Hiring Hall button below the Store Button
No changes not already documented, I just forgot to upload this before... doh -Added ShiftMenuElements boolean to control whether the left menu elements are shifted to make room for the Hiring Hall Button
