GA release of Azure.Compute.Batch version 1.0.0, transitioning from 1.0.0-beta.6.

Changes:

  • Updated package version from 1.0.0-beta.6 to 1.0.0 in project file
  • Updated CHANGELOG.md with GA release entry dated 2026-03-01

Built package available at artifacts/packages/Release/Azure.Compute.Batch/Azure.Compute.Batch.1.0.0-alpha.20260213.1.nupkg for APIView review.
