What

This PR regenerates the @azure/arm-azurestackhci SDK using TypeSpec for API version 2025-12-01-preview.

Changes

  • Migrated SDK generation from AutoRest to TypeSpec (Modular architecture)
  • Added support for new API version 2025-12-01-preview
  • Added new operations: EdgeDeviceJobs, EdgeMachineJobs, EdgeMachines, KubernetesVersions, OsImages, OwnershipVouchers, PlatformUpdates, UpdateContents, ValidatedSolutionRecipes
  • Updated existing operations: ArcSettings, Clusters, DeploymentSettings, EdgeDevices, Extensions, Offers, Operations, Publishers, SecuritySettings, Skus, UpdateRuns, UpdateSummaries, Updates
