Spike of Transform notebook on Fabric

• Implement the transform notebook in fabric and write the data to the SQL database - Yuna
  • Need to check if the tables in the SQL database are created
  • Manually upload the ddo-transformation wheel file, the python code need modifying and repackaging.
  • Manually export the notebook and submit it to the repo for now

• Data transform operations can be completed through the notebook and written to the lakehouse

We will do a spike with the parking sensor dataset, and update the notebook with the new data schema and dataset when they finalized.
So we can unblock this item.
