Athenz 1.8.11 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.8.11 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#560 publish new aws installation instructions
#602 update jetty and other deps to latest releases
#603 Support separate private key for role csr in zts-rolecert utility
#608 Import all certificates to single entry when adding to the keystore
