Athenz 1.7.54 Release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.7.54 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#533 Updated ssh signer interface to include instance id
#534 no-shade profile for zts java client
#535 qos filter requires async support
#536 maven profile to create non-shaded zpe java client
#537 ssh signer interface throwing rest exceptions for errors
