My current ncr is better and much shorter
We dont need another sieve we already have segmented sieve and spf

Dear Ezz,
What was done with this PR is

• I added new code for trie and binary trie
• RUPQ fenwick may has it uses, we never know
• Your prefix sum 2d code shouldn't be called "Submatrix", your namings are so bad fr, so I updated your name and removed the one I already added
• The namespace combinatorics I added is better than the mess you have (I will review all the code and fix a lot of stuff but after merging this one)
  Thank you and go to hell.
