Again, explain this, and RECONF below.
Related to the prepare scripts - you might not want to modify configure - simply modify configure.ac and see if it reconfigures correctly.

- ABSHADOW: I confirmed that without shadow build, the package can still be compiled correctly. I removed the line based on my test results.
- RECONF: I will set RECONF=1 because I patched
configure.ac(without modifyconfigure, and it reconfigured correctly) to avoid CXXFLAGS being overwritten; without rerunning autoreconf, external flags and some configure arguments were dropped in my tests.
