To build (requires cmake) cd ./build cmake .. cmake --build . then run ./main

For installing opencv on windows, https://dev.to/asmit2952/installing-opencv-on-windows-for-c-326i, then update cmake to include x64/vc15/bin directory Make sure you run the install program with admin priviledges
