Building

To build (requires cmake) cd ./build cmake .. cmake --build . then run ./main

OR ./build_and_run

OR g++ -std=gnu++14 src/*.cpp -o main

FUTHER UPDATE

Using Eigen external library "g++ -I ext_libs/ src/*.cpp -o main" will compile and run Notes on how to change cmake is provided at https://eigen.tuxfamily.org/dox/TopicCMakeGuide.html

For installing opencv on ubuntu, follow:https://medium.com/analytics-vidhya/how-to-install-opencv-for-visual-studio-code-using-ubuntu-os-9398b2f32d53

For installing opencv on windows, https://dev.to/asmit2952/installing-opencv-on-windows-for-c-326i, then update cmake to include x64/vc15/bin directory Make sure you run the install program with admin priviledges

Update No longer including physical boundary. Edge of matrix will count as boundary
