[CHORE] Run performance experiments based on WebPageSpeedTest results #178

The performance test suggested a handful of things. I did the following:

Added font-display: swap to the Bitter font CSS
Added defer attribute to Sentry and Umami scripts
Added explicit height and width to the base background hero image
