Channel folders in "Channel" view

Problem

Currently, you just get all channels sorted alphabetically, which e.g. in the official Zulip server is a lot of channels. It makes it hard to find the right channel.

Feature request

It would be great if Channel groups could be part of the "Channels" view too. I saw that you have recently brought channel groups to the "Inbox" view, and they're really useful on both web and desktop too.

Two notes for whoever picks this up to implement it:

• We'll want to ship this only after or in tandem with doing the thing where inactive and muted channels get collapsed together, so that having those channels in one folder doesn't get in the way of seeing the folders after it.
• We'll want to match web's handling of the interaction of inactive and muted channels with folders: #feedback > Channel sort order @ 💬
