Hello, I'm a beginner in bioinformatics.

When I was downloading the latest version of GSEapy, I found that it was not compatible with the latest versions of PyDESeq2 and SciPy. I'd like to ask if there are any solutions? Currently, I'm forced to use the older versions.

After I installed it as shown in the above figure, I found that an error would occur with PyDESeq2. Then, after updating it using the "mamba update pydeseq2" command, both of them could be used.

I think the issue was from pydeseq2. any version of scipy works for GSEApy.
