How can I define the zenith direction (say, pointing towards a given set of galactic coordinates) for a non zenith-pointing orbit?
I would like to ensure that the theta used to determine transmission probabilities of a non zenith-pointing orbit is indeed referring to the angle off of a specified zenith direction.
Thanks!
