Does zizmor action read config file?

I have a zizmor.yml file in my repo which the CLI picks up when running Zizmor locally. But it is unclear whether this config file is being used by the GitHub Action. I'd like to run with the same config locally and in GitHub Actions without having to have configuration in two places. Does anybody know if the action reads the config file or if it accepts an input pointing it to the config file?

The zizmor action invokes zizmor directly under the hood, which means that it uses the exact same configuration discovery procedure as zizmor itself.

In other words: if you have zizmor.yml or .github/zizmor.yml in your repo, it should be discovering it correctly.

(Of course, you might be hitting a bug -- if you can confirm that your config is in either of those locations and zizmor-action isn't honoring it as you expect, please file a bug report on the action repo for that 🙂)
