Outdated nightly build from select-version API

The latest version I got from the Zig official is 0.16.0-dev.427+86077fe6b.

Querying the select-version API with this version returned zls: 0.16.0-dev.3+1840a4b8.

Is this the latest nightly build? It doesn't seem to match the latest nightly build in the workflow?

The GitHub action that is responsible for building and publishing new ZLS release binaries was failing. This has been fixed by 308fe64. The query should now return ZLS 0.16.0-dev.15+308fe640 which is the latest commit.

It seems there haven't been any updates in Scoop from around June to August.

The bug was introduced in 42b4beb which made it hard to spot that the CI started failing some time around since September 4th. There has been not release artifact published since ZLS 0.16.0-dev.3+1840a4b8 on August 27.

Releases have been published regularly since 0.15.0-dev.203+706e08fc and I don't recall any long downtimes. I do suspect that 4eee9fe may have caused your issue which aligns with when new releases stopped being picked up on your side.
