Failed to execute zig and zls ,AccessDenied in windows

I give full permission to this folder,but nothing changes. And I moved this folder to '%homepath%', which doesn't work either.
So I hope to get some help here.

Try providing the full path to zig, including the executable, ie C:\Program Files (x86)\zig\zig_0.10.1\zig.exe.
