help: clarify the "50GB per dataset (but mutliple datasets)" #59
Description
We currently accept up to 50GB per dataset (you can have multiple datasets)
Some might consider a single .tar file a "dataset", which might (and already has sometimes) confuse people into thinking that they can upload in one record multiple 50GB files/datasets.
