No binary distributions appear to be available, even the ones mentioned in the readme.

Binary builds are only provided for 64-bit Python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 on Windows or recent distributions of Linux.

For some reason PIP did not see and install these on 64-bit Python 3.8, Windows 10, even though the appropriate whl (syaz0-1.0.1-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl) exists.

Have you tried updating pip? What version are you using?
