Suggested drawData improvements

1. It would be useful to distinguish between the order of the elements in the file and the "order" property, which seems to control draw order on the map. It would be useful to "order" on the map from largest to smallest feature so the longer paths don't overwhelm shorter paths by covering them up, but maintain an alphabetical ordering for the list in the left panel based on the order items appear in the file.
2. Export / import doesn't seem to persist which features you have enabled or disabled in the list. They all come back enabled in the imported data.
