If you export and then import search groups, they get scrambled. It would improve usability if they were stabilized so an export / import didn't change the order.

At first glance searchGroups appear to be added and removed in the order in the objmap and within the file. The searchGroups are added first then the searchExcludes are added after. Not sure if this is the issue

We can add a sort to the searchGroups by the label in the objmap, this should result in a sorted searchGroups when exported. It is easy enough to invert the sort order as well if that is desired.
