For some reason I wanted to look at your shrine rush mod
But ShrineRush.bfevfl file size exceeds 800k
Editor cannot render graphical flowchart

That's kind of expected - you should take a look at the generator script instead: https://github.com/leoetlino/botw-shrine-rush/blob/master/build.py
