Windows: Zed Not visible on full screen

ZED FULLSCREEN NOT VISIBLE

Description

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Install zed on windows OS
2. Open Zed after instaltion

Expected Behavior: While opening zed UI must visible on device full view port
Actual Behavior: while opening Zed , top Control bar is not visible on the screen
