Windows: Editor window positioning is wrong

Summary

When I launch Zed on my laptop (15'6 diagonal with 1366x768 resolution) It appeares far to the top left, so I have to make window smaller from bottom right corner and center Zed on display manually

Description

Steps to trigger the problem:

1. Install Zed on Windows (for example with winget)
2. Launch Zed

Expected Behavior:
Zed takes reasonable size and appears at center of the screen by default (ideally it also has option to remember the the last/preferred regime like maximised window).
