Need help with keymaps.

So I am using helix mode - and when I am in insert mode - I would like it to just be basic, but when I type and press space p in sequence it triggeres my command pallette, or space f will open a file picker....

How to disable these for insert mode only? I want in insert mode to totally disable the chording of keymaps
