The "Help and General Q&A" topic on these discussions has been a brilliantly helpful place full of excellent tips and tricks, all findable via a search engine, and it's being shut down in favour of Discord, where nothing can ever be search indexed and everyone has to fight with endless popups about something called Nitro? This seems like a horribly hostile move to Zed's users.

Neovim has a channel on Libera (IRC) as well as a room on matrix.org. Perhaps alternatives worth considering.

I also don't understand why "Help and General Q&A" was moved to Discord.
