Upload Recipe - provide example step durations #135

Provide some helpful examples of cooking times so that users don't have figure all of this out every time.

Examples:
Browning pork takes approx. 15-20 minutes.
Boiling water takes approx. 8 minutes.

Also, don't use those numbers cause they're probably wrong.
