Labelling, closing and cleaning up issues in `zarr-python` repository

Hola Zarr Community! 🙋🏻‍♂️

I've been going through the open issues in the zarr-python repository and came across the following:

• Issues not having proper labels
• Stale Issues
• Issues which are resolved but not closed
• and many more...

I started categorising issues into several categories and will clean them with the community's help. This issue aim is supposed to be a parent issue, and I'll be creating various children issues suggesting appropriate labels.

The children's issues are as follows:

• good-first issues in zarr-python #55
• help wanted issues in zarr-python #56
• follow-up issues in zarr-python #57
• resolved issues in zarr-python #58
• suggest close issues in zarr-python #59

The above categorisation is suggested based on going through issues' comments and PR(s). If you think I've made a wrong judgement feel free to leave your thoughts below or on the children's issues. Thanks!
