Compilation Issue with boost version >57

Dear sir, when i was compiling websocketpp with boost version 57 than it was working fine. but when i compiled same with boost version 67 than i am getting this error "error: argument list for class template "boost::asio::strand" is missing".
i am using "WebSocket++/0.8.1" version.
Can you please tell me reason of this ??

The first thing I'd try is grabbing version 0.8.2 or later, some changes were made in that version that fixed issues with newer versions of Asio. 0.8.2 has been tested through Boost 1.72.

The above error is get resolved by using "boost::asio::io_context::strand" instead of "boost::asio::strand" in "WebSocket++/0.8.1" version. But now we are getting linking error(Undefined reference with boost version 67) for regex_match method in both(0.8.1 & 0.8.2) websocketpp version.

Even I am using "-lboot_regex" flag in my make file.
Can you please tell me reason of this ??

What os & compiler versions are you using? Are you using a system provided boost package or one that was compiled yourself? Some possibilities to check:

If you are on a C++11 capable build platform that has std::regex I would recommend using that. The library should auto-detect this on most platforms, but in case it doesn't you can define _WEBSOCKETPP_CPP11_REGEX_ to force the use of the STL regex library or _WEBSOCKETPP_NO_CPP11_REGEX_ to force the use of boost regex.

If you are using a build platform without C++11 regex, make sure the headers for boost that you are including in your build system match the version of the compiled library you are linking to. In particular, a mismatch can happen if you have an older package managed version included in system paths and then compile your own newer version and the build system is confused about which headers and which library to link.

Finally, if you have compiled your own copy of Boost and are using that, make sure it was compiled with the same build system and similar parameters to your WebSocket++ program. For example, clang compiling boost with libstdc++ has trouble linking with clang compiled application using libc++.
