Zappr does not response #618
Description
It happens occasionally( 4 times in our services last 14 days) when PR is created or approved, with the following message
zappr Expected — Waiting for status to be reported
Reactivating or re-triggering the event or deleting the hook then adding back does not work, but closing and re-opening the Pull Request works after 1-2 hours delay.
