Client application for interacting with nebula

I guess it'd be something a bit larger that just nebsh.

nebula shell [--as username] <uname/cname>
nebula list-clouds [--shared|--all]
nebula get [--as username] <uname/cname>[@remote.url] <filepath>
nebula put [--as username] <local path> <uname/cname>[@remote.url] <filepath>

Store a

• default username
• default remote
• bool if we should cache sid's
• sid's for users that are logged in, if cache-sid is set
