USPS has changed their date format from this:

Arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility, November 17, 2017, 8:38 pm, FORT WORTH TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER

to this:

Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility, 11/21/2018, 4:18 am, GREEN BAY WI DISTRIBUTION CENTER

I'm not sure if the old format is ever used.
