Vehumet+Library "overlap"

It is possible for Vehumet to gift spells the player already has in their library. The particular case was a LOFE getting Inner Flame, a spell also in the FE starting book. Run died before I could try learning Inner Flame to see what would happen.

Oh, now this is an interesting bug! It's not fixed in the release I just uploaded, but I'll try to get that into the next one. Maybe Doesnty (the author of the spell library) knows something about it. Thanks for the report!

The main problem is the continued existence of seen_spells, which I cleaned up last night:
