Model-driven identification of OM molecular signatures controlling biogeochemical transformation in river corridors

Repo Setup

  1. All manuscript related documents (outline, figures, drafts, etc.) will be placed in the "Manuscript" folder.
  2. Model codes are available in "MATLAB Codes" folder. All team members are invited to edit the codes by creating new branch each time. Please sign-off the edits with your initials and a summary of the edits made. FA will review and manage merging to the main branches.
