load failure should be more descriptive

Currently is an import fails all you get are messages like:

Failure details:
- Expected '"' found 'n'


It would be better if the error messages were like the ones on the web tool 
(including line and column):
Line:1 / Column:120, Expected '"' found 'n'
Too many errors encountered. Limit is: 0.
