Not work with Chinese language packs

Describe the bug
in vscode, when I install Chinese language pack, pretty-ts-errors not show.
like package: MS-CEINTL.vscode-language-pack-zh-hans
when I uninstall this package, pretty-ts-erros works well.

works with different language packs

Some plugins just ignore language packages, contents fallback to English, that's fine for none-english users as well.

Thanks for your request, locale support has been asked for before (#27) but has not been implemented yet.
I can unfortunately not promise if it will be or when it will be implemented.
