I love what you are doing here. It looks great. I also dig that you have normalized the schema for firebase, firebase-admin and firebase-functions.

However it would be great if all wasn't required dependencies. For instance I'd like to use this in my client frontend app so no need for firebase-admin and firebase-functions. Is that possible at this stage?
