Gauge cluster on PCJ 600 is always super bright, looks like headlights

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install GTAIV-Remix-CompatibilityMod-1.2.1.zip with the latest updates
2. Lunch GTAIV with _LaunchWithProcessorAffinity_Half_GTA4__Half_Remix.bat
3. Find a PCJ 600
4. Notice the gauge cluster is super bright and looks like headlights
