[1.1.9] Game crashes when pulling up phone

Running the game works fine, but as soon as I pull up the phone, the graphics freeze (music keeps playing for a few more seconds) and the games crashes. It also crashes when the game pulls up the phone automatically (second mission with Roman).

Steam: Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition (1.2.0.59), not other mods

Clean install of GTA 4 (was never installed on this windows installation before, installation is quite clean, only 2 weeks old). Mod installed using GTAIV-Remix-CompMod-Installer.exe and GTAIV-Remix-CompatibilityMod-1.1.9.zip in Downloads folder. During installation downloaded and installed the base mod, and the custom FusionFix (never had any other version on this system). Skipped the autopbr (later installed them as well, but no fix), but did install the directx 9 from the link.

Logs attached for starting the game and immediately pulling up the phone.

Same here with clean setup 9950X3D and 5090 OC.

I have DLSS on Quality, Ultra Graphics Setting, No Frame Generation and Reflext ON + Boost

I found myself in exact same situation by enabling the fps counter...
So i disabled it , otherwise i simply cannot access the phone without crashing.
So probably some of you have this option enabled ,if not try finding any related issues

Turning off the fps counter works for me too...

@Keyetto-cmd @Conjuror4570 can you guys manually extract and replace GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.asi (FusionFix_RTXRemixFork/plugins folder) and re-enable the fps counter to see if that fixes the issue as well?
Please look at the timestamp of the asi before replacing it, 12th Jan 09:25 should be the latest one

You might still be on an older version that had a bug.

I guess the timestamp is from extraction then. Replace the file and check please

Replaced the file but issue remains (did a quick check and the contents of the _installer_options\FusionFix_RTXRemixFork\plugins\GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.asi file is identical for GTAIV-Remix-CompatibilityMod-1.1.7.zip, GTAIV-Remix-CompatibilityMod-1.1.8.zip and GTAIV-Remix-CompatibilityMod-1.1.9.zip). I originally started with 1.1.9 (this weekend), so would not expect an older version of GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.asi to be somewhere on my system?

I can confirm disabling the fps counter fixed the issue. Thanks @Keyetto-cmd

I can also confirm that without the FPS counter I can now use the phone without crashing the game
