Make "Edit page notes" as a tab #680

Not a bug, rather a nice-to-have enhancement.
"Edit page notes" is in a modal window.
I could be great to be able to modify Page notes while we update the picture,
without having to close the popup-window.
Moreover, when we change the picture (by clicking on a tab on the top), the
page notes will be changed too.
The constant Page notes could be located among the tabs on the left (Close to
tab "Collections" and "MyStuff"). It could be a third tab.
In this way, all data related to the picture will be visible at the same time.
We could retrieve fastly a specific page note.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0.5 on Win7
