Observed/Actual behavior

Plugin UltimateTimber v 4.6.0 fails to load due to Nova. ( Tested on the same setup but just without Nova - Loads up fine )

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.util.Collection.stream()" because the return value of "com.songoda.ultimatetimber.core.third_party.com.georgev22.api.libraryloader.ClassLoaderAccess.getPathURLs()" is null

Steps to reproduce

1. Just grab the latest plugin UltimateTimber-4.6.0.jar
2. Place it in /plugins & start the server
