Cables not working with Excelent enchants installed #559

- I am running the latest version of Nova.
- I am using a server software supported by Nova
- I am running the latest version of my server software.
- I have checked for similar issues.
Check for plugin incompatibilites
This issue is about a specific plugin incompatibility.

Nova: 0.18 Alpha 13 (MC 1.21.4), ExcellentEnchants 4.3.3, paper 1.21.4-76
Nova Addons and Versions
Logistics 0.2.10 aplha 4 and Machines 0.4.7 alpha 5
Expected behavior
No response
Observed/Actual behavior
When Excellent Enchants is installed cables stop working for transporting items.
Steps to reproduce
Install The mentioned plugins on paper
Place 2 chests and connect them with a cable.
Place items in 1 of the chests.
See hat item transport does not work
When you restart the server already placed cables and chests work all of a sudden but placing new ones on other blocks still doesn't work
