Improve Testing Priority | Top Issues pages and expose them on the main page #174

The https://xemu.app/testing_priority and https://xemu.app/top_issues pages are kinda ugly looking, it'd be nice to make them look a little nicer and also expose them to the main page in a way that can be readily accessed for people to view
