Add `Entry::or_insert_with_key`

Hi, it would be nice to have an equivalent of the standard library [`Entry::or_insert_with_key`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/stable/std/collections/hash_map/enum.Entry.html#method.or_insert_with_key) so we have access to the key being inserted while constructing the value.
