这个需求解决了什么问题：

现在需要实现图中布局，但是工具栏区域没办法放到表格上面跟左侧平级；工具栏的插槽感觉和自定义顶部区域插槽有点重复了。

建议的 API 是什么样的：

建议自定义顶部插槽移到和自定义左侧区域插槽的布局平级；

是否已有其他不错的替代方案：

谢谢，但是可以不要跟表单搜索区域平级吗，如果跟表单搜索区域平级的话不用插槽也能实现了。
