Locale configuration does not persist

Describe the bug
After upgrading from 1.7.2 version to 1.10.0 version, I attempted to switch languages in the settings. Upon quick clicking, it briefly flickered in other languages before returning to the original language.

Offending MIDI file
When the bug appeared, I did not play any MIDI files. Whether playing MIDI files or not, bugs still appear.

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to switch languages normally.

After uninstalling midis2jam2 and deleting the configuration files in C:\Users\UserName.midis2jam2, and reinstalling version 1.10.0, the bug disappeared.

Well. Maybe close the issue? Sounds like a config issue.

After changing Configure Soundbanks, restarting midis2jam2 will still revert back to the old version settings. This may also be a config issue, right?😥

There seems to be an issue with configuration not persisting properly (language selection is also included with this), so I will leave this issue open as I plan to address it in the next release.
