[BUG] Could not install extension directly from tachiyomi forks

Describe the bug

To Reproduce

Install ent extension from tachiyomi forks, like komikku in this example and we are greated with following error, package installer works btw

Expected behavior

Installer should work, like it does when I install same file from the github repo.

Here are the logs from the app itself can also provide adb logs if required, please do share the commands required to filter logs for this specific app in that case.

Can any other package installer work for your komikku ?

Have you used "Hide My Applist" or something like that?

Installer revived also work when I do run with same apk downloaded from their site, also the default installer works. I have not tried any other installer except these.

"Hide my applist" not exactly with any modules, if it is there in rom then idk

I mean when you start an install from inside komikku, does stock package installer work in this case?
