Investigate: Assistant uses language of selected AOI

Interesting behaviour: after user specifies an AoI the agent responds in the language of that location.

e.g. select Spain --> response in Spanish (even if prompt was english)

Yes I noticed some language confusion as well. @srmsoumya we might want to select a language and put it into state or something, and then use that for all the generative components. On current staging with gemini-flash-3 as the planning model, it confuses even more and switches languages a bit unpredictably.

@yellowcap @srmsoumya 2 thoughts: make it respond in the same language as the user prompt, or we could we pull from the user's preferred language selected in their profile?

I like the approach of picking the language from profile settings - defaults to English, but if the user updates language setting then the llm responds accordingly.
