Describe the bug The Robot State (or Robot Status) window in SimGUI is mis-sized -- the title of the window is not fully visible.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior All windows in the SimGUI are fully visible

Additional context I also noted that some of the SimGUI windows are resizable, others not. This is one of the not resizable ones.
