Spring Semester, Session 3: How do plan rates vary across states?

This intent of this session is review your analysis for the question above.

You will submit a link to a GitHub repository on the DSP Bulletin Board (https://bb.wpcdas.com) under the topic of Session 13 (PDSI Category).

When logging in to the Bulletin Board, use the "Alternative Login" button (the circular arrow thing), this should allow you to use your O365 login.

This GitHub repository should include any notebooks, scripts, and anything else you need for us to review your analysis.

Please make these submissions before 1200 on 17 March to allow us time to review and select some for discussion.
